I love when a portrait session can be multi-purposed. April is talented in so many directions that I had a hard time keeping track of it all.  We started at PennyCup Coffee in downtown Asheville to start the branding session. This setting created a fantastic workspace to utilize and beautiful lighting. Don’t you agree?

In a nutshell, April’s newest endeavor is creating a platform for single women to share about their commonalities and bond through the process. April has found that the single life can be lonely and when connecting with other women, the benefits are endless.  This quality of compassion and hope is what sets April apart and I hope that her glow is evident through her photos.

Next, we headed to The Foundry Hotel to enjoy the posh vibe as a gorgeous backdrop.  This was just the sophistication that April was also seeking and she will now be able to add a mix of casual and high-end to her portfolio.  But we weren’t done there.  The last spot was the graffiti alleyway to round out the whole experience.

I highly suggest that if you are looking for branding photos, definitely mix up your outfits, locations and overall vibe so that you will have a great variety within your images.  April will have three completely different styles to choose from as she uses her images for social media platforms and her website so that her clients don’t always see her sitting at a desk.

I can’t wait to follow along and hear about all of her endeavors and see where her passions take her next.
