I am very predictable. It doesn’t matter if it is 5 PM or 2 AM, the moment that a wedding ends I rush home to start the editing process. I strategically go through the files and start digging like a professional West Virginia coal miner. I till through the files to see if I got “the shot”. And then there is a lot of prayer. I pray that I was there in the right lighting, at the right time, with the right lens, and with the right settings. If all of the stars are aligned, I take a deep breath and relax knowing that I’ve done my job.

Thankfully, the heavenly stars were perfectly aligned for Annette and Cade to meet and we are all rejoicing with their gorgeous union. One thing that stood out to me is that Annette recently said, “I want everyone to find a love like this.” I can see why. Their love just glows from miles away and made it so easy for their guests’ hearts to nearly explode with excitement and happy tears. Oh what joy…and now I can rest knowing that my work is done.
